Everything is pleasant, I would recomand the hotel. Thanks very much for a very good stay for five nights. The units are functional, good-sized with a bathtube, an immediate view and inclusive delicious breakfast. All the staff members are extremely helpful and competent.

The air con was good - essential in Istanbul in the summer months. The room was modern and the basic amenities were good.
The room key failed to operate the lights upon entering the room and it failed twice. The hotel staff did not respond quickly, I had to go down twice in the lift to go to the front desk. The lifts took ages to arrive. The wi-fi did not work. The walls were very thin and I could hear my neighbours very late at night. The bath trim was not sealed at the wall so water leaked on to the floor. The check in systems were so slow that check-in took nearly half an hour. The front desk staff were not able to resolve issues personally and referred everything to the general manager who did not resolve anything either. I stay in hotels all around the world at least 3 times a week. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for perhaps 2 years. It promised a lot and only delivered problems. The fact that the manager refused to give me a discount because I had booked through Booked.net and he has to pay commission demonstrated such a fundamental lack of appreciation for customer service that I would never consider staying there again.

The restaurant here was pretty good and breakfast was delicious, especially with some tasty Turkish cheese, ham, and freshly cooked omelette 🍳. the hotel's decent and central location was definitely a bonus.

Stunning room. Got upgraded to an apartment. It must have been the most beautiful room I ever stayed in.
- It took 20 to check in and 10 min to check out (no queue). The staff is unresponsive even after 3 calls. The cards do not work and you have to come to the reception again and again. You have an iron in the room but you need a special plug to connect it...

I didn't like the place, the services are below standards. The staffs have attitude problems & the service are not reflecting a 5 stars hotel. Its the worst hotel I has stayed in ever. I really appreciate it if you can pass my complain to their management. If possible you can contact me for the complain details.

The location here is perfect, just a short walk to Taksim square; the rooms are new and fantastic, they come with a minibar and blackout curtains, and you can grab a meal at Zula nearby within 5 minutes.
